Kings are back! Real Madrid won the Spanish League title in a certain style, scoring more than 100 goals during the campaign. Real Madrid dethroned Barcelona as Spanish champions and now the fans are hoping for more titles this season. The start of the current Spanish championship was bitter for the ` white ballet`. The galactic team is on the 6th place, eight points behind the biggest rival from Barcelona.
Even the poor start couldn`t destroy the hope of their manager to dream for something more this season. Real Madrid’s place was always among the strongest European clubs. The team will prove its quality right in the tournament they belong to- the Champions League. Real Madrid made an impressive start with two wins-against the reigning champions of Holland and England. The team is almost the same like the last year`s with an additional star- Luka Modric. The Croatian midfielder made his name as a brilliant player during his stay in the English Premier League. With such quality player plus Benzema and Ronaldo, Real Madrid looks more powerful than the previous season.
Probably this year the ` white ballet` will play harder in the Champions League than in the domestic tournaments. Real Madrid and its coach want some European taste and this year is the best time to show their quality. The Portuguese coach will throw try everything to win against his biggest opponents from Barcelona. The matter looks so personal for Jose Mourinho. He saw the biggest success and failure exactly in the matches against Barcelona.
A triumph in the Champions League will restore Real Madrid`s image. The giant from Madrid is more likely to give up his Spanish title to his biggest rivals, but a success in Europe will undermine an eventual failure in the Spanish championship

One of the biggest surprises in the recent years in the Spanish football is Malaga FC. The club has huge potential and most of all- a lot of money. Many years the club was struggling to impress and was part of the lower Spanish divisions. With the appearance of fresh Arab money, Malaga FC experienced a huge transformation into a major club. Today Malaga FC is looking forward to brighter future, finishing fourth in the last Spanish championship. Thus the team has received not only honor but secured also a spot in the most commercial tournament in the world- the European Champions League.
Malaga FC had difficult times few years ago and that let the president of the club to travel abroad, seeking for fresh investment. The ` Malaguistas` found their savior in one of members of the Qatari Royal Family- sheikh Al-Thani. It took only two years time for the club to finish among the best Spanish teams and the fourth place was the minimum for the Al-Thani`s huge project.  The club got a fine base and strong academia. The results will follow soon, the club promises as the money flows into the Malaga FC accounts. Well, the club is not very popular even in Spain, but money does not see color or taste. You can be sure that the team could bring down many favorites in the Spanish championship.
